Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
